What data we process
Only the data you send us yourself by email or phone – mainly your name, company name, email address, phone number and the content of your enquiry.
For what purpose
We use the data solely to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and communicate with you further. We do not sell it or pass it on to third parties for marketing.
Legal basis
Processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract and for our legitimate interest in responding to business communication (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
How long
We keep correspondence only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and for business communication; if a business relationship arises, we keep invoice data for the period required by law.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising tools and does not track your behaviour. The form on the website sends nothing to a server – it only prepares an email in your email app, which you send yourself.
Your rights
You have the right of access to your data and to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. Just write to us at a.hlavaty@korskholding.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk) or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
