KHS Textil is a trading name of KORSK HOLDING SLOVAKIA s. r. o., based in Pezinok, Slovakia, and run by Andrej Hlavatý.
We are not a manufacturer. We work with several long-established European manufacturers and, for every order, choose the one best placed to handle it – in quality, price and lead time.
Thanks to volumes agreed with several manufacturers, we achieve better prices and a more reliable delivery schedule. That is why we can be more efficient than ordering directly from a single textile mill.
You have one contact, one Slovak invoice and communication in Slovak, Czech, German or English. You don’t pay for warehousing or for stock you don’t need.

Quality and materials
Textiles built for constant use.
Hotel textiles are washed often and in large volumes. That is why we check the material, density, weight and finishing of every item.
- Economy – plain weave 140 TC
- 100% cotton, 160 g/m², sanforized. A reliable choice for everyday use.
- Lux – damask 250 TC
- 100% cotton, mercerized and sanforized. Smoother surface and a subtle sheen, plain or with a 4, 10 or 20 mm stripe.
- Lux stripe – damask 250 TC
- 80% cotton / 20% polyester, 10 mm stripe. A cotton feel with greater strength.
- Terry
- 100% combed cotton, double low loops, 450 / 500 / 550 g/m². Higher weight = denser, more absorbent towel.
- Fillings
- Microfibre cover, filled with hollow siliconised polyester fibre or fibre balls. Easy to wash and quick to dry.
Short glossary
- TC (thread count)
- Number of threads per square inch. Higher number = denser, smoother fabric.
- Sanforization
- A finish that limits shrinkage after washing. Linen keeps its size.
- Mercerization
- A cotton treatment for greater strength and a subtle sheen.
- Damask / sateen
- A weave with a smooth, lustrous surface; typical of hotel stripes.
- Weight (g/m²)
- Fabric weight; for terry it indicates density and absorbency.

Care – simple rules for a longer life
- Wash new textiles before first use.
- Wash white linen separately from coloured items.
- Don’t overload the washer or dryer – textiles come out cleaner and crease less.
- Dose detergent according to water hardness; use bleach sparingly.
- Don’t iron terry, and don’t use fabric softener with every wash – it reduces absorbency.
- Choose the temperature and method according to the material composition; we’ll send recommendations for specific items with our quote.

Hotel vs. regular retail textiles
Regular textiles are made for occasional washing, and their quality, weight or density are often not stated. Hotel textiles are built for frequent and industrial washing – and you can get the same models a year later.

Frequently asked questions
Do you make the textiles yourselves?
No. We are a trading company working with several long-established European manufacturers. We take care of choosing the manufacturer, checking the specifications, ordering and delivery.
Why not buy directly from a manufacturer?
A single factory has one product range and one schedule. We combine several manufacturers and agreed volumes – so we can offer better prices, lead times and the full range at once.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
You order as you need, regularly or one-off. We confirm the terms for specific items in our quote.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 2–3 weeks from order confirmation and payment of the advance invoice. We confirm the exact date with each order.
Can you supply non-standard sizes?
Yes – besides standard hotel sizes, we also have items made to measure.
Why is there no price list on the website?
Prices depend on the range, quality and quantities. We’ll prepare a tailored price list for you, with prices valid for an agreed period.
Can I get samples?
Yes – once we’ve priced your enquiry, we’ll send you samples of selected items.
Will the textiles carry a label?
We supply them without a label or with our KHS Textil label.
Do you also deliver to Czechia and Austria?
Yes. Customers from other EU countries with a valid VAT ID are invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism.
Can I reorder the same textiles later?
Yes, with repeat orders we supply the same models.
